Hotel For Sale, abbreviated as HFS, is part of Computer-Connections, Prinses Beatrixlaan 1, 1911 HP Uitgeest. These conditions apply to the use of the website, advertisements and contact between visitors, providers and brokers.
Use of the website
Hotel For Sale is an online platform where advertisements for hotels, boutique hotels and hospitality companies are shown. We are not a party to a purchase, rental or mediation agreement between visitors and providers.

Advertisers guarantee that they have the right to post texts, photos's, logo's and other materials and indemnify us against claims from third parties.
Advertisements can be placed free of charge for the period stated by the website. We may refuse or remove abusive content, duplicate ads, or inappropriate content.
Comments from visitors are forwarded directly to the provider or broker. The provider is responsible for follow-up and communication.
We may change the operation, layout, conditions or availability of the website when necessary for management, security or improvement.
No guarantee of accuracy or transaction
We do not fully check advertisements for legal, financial or factual accuracy. We do not guarantee that an object is available, that information is completely correct, that a transaction will be completed or that a hotel or B&B is suitable for a particular purpose. The design, texts, software, structure and brand expressions of the website may not be copied or reused without permission. Advertisers retain rights to their own supplied materials, but give us permission to use those materials to display and promote the advertisement.
Nederlands recht
Dutch law applies to these conditions and the use of the website, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Try to resolve complaints first via the general contact form. If that fails, a dispute can be submitted to the competent court.
